How we may contact you.

If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

How we will accept your order.

Our acceptance of your order will take place, upon your confirmation of acceptance of the description and satisfactory quality and us telling you that we are able to provide you with the vehicle and you have paid the deposit, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

If we cannot accept your order.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you. This might be because of a credit reference report, or we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a collection or delivery deadline you have specified.

Our Vehicles.

Vehicles may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

Every vehicle will be subject to a pre-delivery inspection, have a minimum of 6 months MOT

Delivery costs.

We reserve the right to charge for delivery and the costs of delivery will be as quoted during the order process.

Collection by you.

If you have asked to collect the vehicle from our premises, you can collect the products from us on the date and time arranged which will be during our working hours of 9am & 5.30pm on weekdays and Saturdays.

When you own the products.

You own the products once we have received payment in full.

Warranty:

If you have bought a warranty and experience a fault please consult and follow the terms and conditions contained in the policy document. If you are unsure of the process please contact us; do not instruct any third party to undertake any works to the vehicle without prior authorisation by the warranty company or CMC in writing.

Exclusion of Liability

We do not give any representation and/or undertaking express or implied as to the condition, description, quality or performance of the vehicle or as to its fitness for any purpose or any particular purpose. All such representations and undertakings are specifically excluded. If when buying the vehicle you are dealing as a consumer the goods are sold to you with the benefit of the undertakings about title, correspondence with description, fitness for purpose and satisfactory quality

Your obligation to return rejected products.

If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products you must return them in person to where you bought them.

Price and payment

We accept payment by bank transfer You must pay for the vehicle(s) (including delivery) before we deliver it or in any other circumstances on the day of collection.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you.

We are not liable for business losses and have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

How we may use your personal information.

We will use the personal information you provide to us: To supply the vehicle(s)to you; to process your payment for the products; and if you agreed to this during the order process. We may pass your personal information to credit reference agencies. Where we extend credit to you for the products we may pass your personal information to credit reference agencies and they may keep a record of any search that they do. We will only give your personal information to other third parties where the law either requires or allows us to do so.

Other important terms

Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

Which laws apply to this contract?

These terms are governed by English law.
